12 February 2024 – Valley Medical Group exits Liquidation. Company is in tact after paying all debts but has no assets or licenses. All company stock is reverted to original stock allocation with no value. A stockholders meeting is set for 1 April 2024. Time and place will be announced.
12 January 2021 – Valley Medical Group enters Liquidation process.
15 November 2020 announcement – The March harvest was lost due to the covid lockdown and the inability of the officials to receive and rate the harvest. We were abel to save the seeds but unale to process the flowers due to the lockdown of all personell and workers.
15 November 2020 – Gene Tatum has assumed the position of President temporarily due to the loss of our CEO/President to the virus.
Colombia has reinvented the process for license applications. We are now required to re-apply with our new tramite number. We have done so and here are the processes.
24 March 2020 – first grow is harvested for Bogota Agronomists.
14 January 2020 – revisit by ICA to check soils where the test grow of 20 plants is to be.
6 Jan 2020 – permission to plant in order to certify seeds for use at the Cordoba Farm. We have purchased 100 seeds from our partner company. No seeds currently exist for the Coastal zone.We are fortunate to have affiliations with CoC as they are one of 3 authorized to sell seeds. The seeds are from Antioquia, Colombia which is a different zone than the Coast. Therefore we have to attend to the re certification process for our zone. This is approximately 7 months in Agronomist description of the seeds, two grows and registration by the authorities..
